Wellsville’s Kate Martelle and the Andover Haunted House have partnered for this year’s Halloween attraction in Andover NY
“This is a paid opportunity!”
By Andrew Harris
As soon as Andover NY wraps up their nationally famous 4th of July celebration, community builders start working on the epic Halloween destination, the “Andover Haunted House.” Every year the all-volunteer squad creates an uniquely terrifying haunted house that attracts visitors for miles. This year they are bringing a professional in creative performances, Wellsville’s Kate Martelle.
As she explains, the Andover Haunted House crew contacted her to make this year the best yet:
“They asked me to create something fun for their anniversary. I’m looking for between 5 and 10 dancers. They must be at least 17 years old with dance experience. This is also a paid opportunity! Rehearsals will start in September and run through October when we will perform at the Haunted House. We will be performing 2 different weekends during their season.”
It is easy to apply or ask for more details. Just email Kate at [email protected]
