Two houses struck by vehicles in two days by drunk drivers

On July 20th, 2022, at approximately 10:58pm, Cuba Police arrested a male (39) of Friendship following a report of a domestic dispute. He was arrested on charges of harassment 2nd (Violation). He was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.
On July 23rd, 2022, at approximately 11:34pm, following a report of a motor vehicle accident in which a vehicle struck a house, Cuba Police arrested a male (23) of Cuba. He was arrested on charges of uninspected motor vehicle (Violation), unsafe tires (Violation), open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle (Violation), operating a motor vehicle without using a seatbelt (Violation), speed not reasonable and prudent (Violation), failure to maintain lane (Violation), driving while intoxicated(Misdemeanor). He was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.
On July 24th, 2022, at approximately 1:51pm, following a report of a motor vehicle accident in which a vehicle struck three vehicles and a house, Cuba Police arrested a female (28) of Friendship. She was arrested on charges of speed not reasonable and prudent (Violation), failure to maintain lane (Violation), driving while Intoxicated (Misdemeanor) and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than .08% (Misdemeanor). She was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.
