Some headlines just jump out at you. During my “morning read-in” today, this story previously posted on Solomon’s Words for the Wise jumped. Of course we are all interested in our local Amish population, known for being religious purists. They don’t drink alcohol, usually.

Apparently a state police officer on patrol found an exception to that rule and “pulled over” a horse and buggy full of intoxicated young Amish men. Officer Dilijonas identified the boys as runaways and all in possession of alcohol. The boy who was behind the reigns, was arrested for DWI.
