On June 2nd , 2022, at approximately 8:36 AM, Friendship Police arrested George Truax (56) of Friendship. Truax was arrested for BURGLARY 2ND- DWELLING (Felony), CRIM POSSESSION STOLEN PROP-5TH (Misdemeanor), CRIM MIS:INTENT DAMAGE PROPERTY (Misdemeanor) and PETIT LARCENY (Misdemeanor)
Truax was arraigned in the Friendship Town Court and is scheduled to return at a later date. Truax is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.
