A Belmont woman was remanded to Potter County Jail following her arrest by Pennsylvania State Police. 39-year-old Melissa Marie Truax was charged Wednesday afternoon with felony burglary, felony criminal trespass and criminal mischief. The incident took place in Harrison Township. Arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Christopher Kalacinski, she was committed to jail when she couldn’t post $5,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for June 17 at 9 a.m.
