Assemblyman Joe Giglio says he’s glad that two bills in the state legislature, that would have if passed, lessened prison sentences, stalled in the state assembly.  Giglio maintains that there are some in the lawmaking world who are acting like they are in the judicial branch of government:

The state legislative session has come to a close, and Republican Assemblyman Joe Giglio is objecting to how state legislative leaders did not pass any laws to stop bad tenants from playing the system.
