Amanda Green is the new Director of Maternal Health at Jones Memorial Hospital

Amanda Green, BSN RN, has been named the new Director of Maternal Health at Jones Memorial.

A graduate of Jamestown Community College, Amanda earned her BSN at Daemen College in Buffalo. She was a full-time member of the OB nursing prior to transitioning to per-diem status in January 2022. An Olean resident, Amanda and her husband, Randy, have six children between them ranging in age from 5 years old to 23.

“We are delighted that Amanda has taken on this supervisory role,” said Sandra Watkins, MSN BSN RN, Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Patient Care at Jones. “She has the experience and knowledge that will be very important in leading our maternal health services into the next chapter.”

“Amanda has been part of the birthing center team for several years,” noted Sharon Draper, BSN RN, the Senior Director of Nursing at Jones. “She has developed an understanding of the unique challenges of maternal health and will be a great addition to the nursing leadership team.”
