The nursing home is a Skilled Nursing Facility
Effective 2/16/22, due to a recent increase in COVID positive cases amongst staff and residents, visitation is being halted with the exception of residents receiving compassionate care visits.
As soon as it is safe to reopen for visitors we will notify all of our residents and their family members. Our facility has increased the frequency of testing, monitoring and assessing residents and staff.
We continue to follow CDC and DOH recommended infection control practices and are communicating regularly with family members affected. If you have questions I can be contacted at CMH during my regular business hours.
