The holiday season starts with crowds and color downtown

Every merchant was open and ready for business, families lined the streets for a holiday parade. A new business, The Shop at Main, opened at 89.5 Main Street with much fanfare. There is nothing like a new business opening to get people downtown and optimistic about the future.
The weather was mild and the line to see Santa at the Wellsville Chamber of Commerce was longer than anyone can recall. Tim Casey was in town, and the Genesee Valley Media drone hovered above taking some of these amazing perspectives from above. As I looked out the window of a local merchants shop, NYS Senator George Borrello and his wife were strolling Main Street with big smiles.
Great work Wellsville Chamber of Commerce and all the merchants who stayed open late, contributed to the effort, and helped make Wellsville look great!!!
