A State Police accident reconstruction is at the scene of a fatal motorcycle accident that took place Wednesday early evening on State Route 417. MercyFlight helicopter flew into Wellsville after the call went out.
Wellsville ambulance and fire department responded to the scene along with the New York State Police. The accident was near Otis Eastern.
Fire police have 417 closed down for the investigation.
