Community Events This Week In Allegany County

The calendar is quite full this week in Allegany County!!

Tonight, August 16th is Music on the Lawn in Cuba NY, with “The Probables” performing at 6pm at the CRCS Elementary School- Elm St Cuba, NY. If Rain it will move to the Palmer Opera House, 12 W. Main Street Cuba. Enjoy this jammed packed, local act schedule! Bring your lawn chairs and blankets. 50/50 and concessions will be available. This years schedule was made possible with funds from the NY State Arts Council.

Wednesday night, August 18th is Open Mic night at the Wellsville Creative Arts Center

Enjoy Live Music from 6:00pm – 9:00pm Dinner Served 6:00pm-8:00pm

Come and enjoy this fun weekly event that showcases the talent of our community members and out-of-town guests. Sign-ups to perform at 5:00pm. Everyone welcome.

Thursday August 19th is the Belmont Farmers Market

Fresh fruits and vegetables in a beautiful and diverse Farmer’s Market! Make it a Thursday routine! They open at 11am and close at 4pm, located just before the SPCA.

On Friday August 20th, The Jones Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Hemlock Twig will be hosting a Bake Sale.
