Last night I attended the business session of the annual Volunteer Firemen’s Association of Allegany County. This year’s convention is a much condensed version of those we, in the fire service, have known in the past. Part of the session last night was the awarding of several awards to member firemen. Three members of the Wellsville Volunteer Fire Department were recognized for their extended years of service:
