The Village of Wellsville has been approved and received funding for this historic opportunity to develop and invest in the Genesee River. This program has the potential to do great things with our greatest asset: The mighty Genesee.
Program coordinators are just getting started by drafting the boundaries of the project, creating an inventory of potential projects, and bringing various stakeholders to the table. This first step allows citizens to become engaged from the beginning and be part of the process of identifying future projects.
