The Wellsville Development Corporation (WDC) recently lined Main Street with their flower planters and are looking for volunteers to assist with watering them during the warm summer months. “Each planter is equipped with a bottom-up self-watering system and can store 13 gallons of water,” says Carrie Redman, WDC President.
