Darla J. EDWARDS, 72, of Wellsville, NY, died Friday, May 28, 2021 in Jones Memorial Hospital, Wellsville.
Born November 13, 1948, in Whitesville, she was the daughter of John Joseph and Rose Eileen Redner Golish. On June 3, 1965, in Whitesville, she married Theodore D. Edwards, who predeceased her on October 7, 2006. A graduate of Whitesville High School, she was employed by local restaurants, Shorts, and Kmart as a sales associate.
Surviving are: a daughter, Kimberly A. Palmatier of Genesee, PA; a son, Daniel Edwards of Fayetteville, PA; three grandchildren, Brad (Jenni) Palmatier of Mansfield, PA, Kari (Luke) Wright of Coudersport, PA, and Anthony Edwards of Fayetteville, PA; two great-grandchildren, Nolan Palmatier and Rory Palmatier; two brothers, John W. Golish of Jacksonville, FL and Clair (Pat) Golish of Jamestown; a sister, Joyce Waters of Whitesville; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son-in-law, Ricky C. Palmatier; a daughter-in-law, Patricia Edwards; four brothers, Darrell E. Golish, David Golish, Steve Golish, and Richard D. Golish; and a sister, Mary Elaine Fanton.
Services will be private. Memorials may be made to the Wellsville Salvation Army or Wellsville Homecare & Hospice.
