Lawyers for MarshAcres LLC and Mallard Dairy LLC, both controlled by Charlie Bares of Ellicottville NY, filed a petition in state appellate court to stop the eminent domain proceedings initiated by the county IDA. Only a limited portion of the petition has been released, as shown below. The Wellsville Sun is following the story closely but due to litigation, confirmed information is limited.
