The hilltops of Allegany County returned to winter with a night of wet snow that knocked out power and put the snowplows back on the road. From the HQ of the Wellsville Sun, nearly six inches fell and linemen were on the scene at 7:00am to restore power before 8am. The weekend forecast calls for rain and that means: Mud!
