For Memorial Day the Belmont American Legion Auxiliary will place flags in memory of deceased veterans in the Legion Park on the Genesee River. Each flag will have the deceased veterans name, branch of service in which he/she served in along with the name of the person(s) who sponsored the flag.
Anyone interested in making a $5.00 donation in memory of a deceased veteran is asked to contact Margie Dunford @ 585-268-7333.
Donations may also be made at the Belmont American Legion Post 808 or mailed with information to: Margie Dunford 5133 Noble St, Belmont, NY 14813
Checks payable to: Belmont Legion Auxiliary
All proceeds from the donations will be used for veteran’s services.
