The NYS Health Department still suggests that all travelers self quarantine after returning from travel.
This doesn’t not lift the restrictions on international travel and those choosing to travel by air must still fill out a ‘Traveler Health Form”. Governor Cuomo noted that while infection rates are dropping, all travelers need to adhere to handwashing, social distancing, and wearing a mask in order to keep infection rates low.
