DEMAND FOR PAYMENT & NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION
Demand is hereby made for full payment of the balance due on or before October 29, 2026. If the full amount claimed is not paid by this date, the contents of the storage space will be advertised and sold at public auction to satisfy the lien, plus any reasonable expenses incurred.
