The Brownell family thanks this year’s participants and sponsors!

From Buddy Brownell,

The AlmaRod andGunClub hosted the 29th annual Bud  Brownell kids fishing Derby on June 20.  It was a beautiful day on Alma Pond however, the bite was less than desirable. The attendance was down this year from years of past, but however, most of the children had fun. After a hard day of fishing, the members of the Rod And Gun club prepared a fulfilling lunch for the kids and family’s.  Upon completion of the meal, the president and the secretary handed out the awards.

Every participant got a fishing pole, but the winners in each age group received tackle box.

The Alma Rod And Gun club would like to thank all the sponsors that made this successful day.
