From Wellsville coach John Anderson:

“We worked hard to get the field ready and played in a steady rain for an inning before the skies cleared and the sun came out. The team really rallied around the pitching of our sophomores and junior Ty Rahr and freshman Ben Helveston had another multi-hit game that really compliments the play of our upperclassmen. Despite the rain and overcast weather, our defense was moving very pitch and the energy was outstanding.”
