The Andover-Whitesville Panthers Boys Basketball team will play in the NYSPHSAA Far West Regional Championship game on Friday 3/13 against Section VI representative Clymer. Tip off at 8pm. Winner advances to the NYSPHSAA Final Four in Binghamton next weekend.

The 21-2 Andover-Whitesville Panthers who are a fast pace team. Averaging over 80 points per game . While the 16-6 Clymer Pirates are a more slow pace team that averages 50.1 points per game. This is the first sectional title for the team after merging. The last tme Whitesville won a Sectional title was in 2007. The last time Andover won a Sectional title was 1955. Whitesville made it to the Far West Regional game in 2004.
