From Staff Reports, 10/30/21, All arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty

Saturday October 23, 2021

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Schyler S. Kling, age 26 of Wellsville, charging him with failure to appear in Court for previous Vehicle & Traffic charges. Kling was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Kling was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on November 16th at 4:30 pm.

The Village of Wellsville Trick-or-Treat hours are Sunday October 31st from 6 pm to 8 pm.

Tuesday October 26, 2021

Wellsville Police arrested a male, age 41 of Wellsville, charging him with a Violation of Probation. He was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. The accused was committed to the Allegany County JaiL on $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 property bond. Brundage is due back in Wellsville Village Court on November 16th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police wish to remind all Wellsville Residents, that as of November 1st the Village Ordinance prohibits any parking on any Village Street between the hours of 2:00 am and 6:00 am. The restriction remains in effect through May 1st and is subject to a $30.00 fine.

Thursday October 28, 2021

Wellsville Police arrested a male, age 26 of Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny. The charge stems from an incident that took place at 7 Eleven on South Main Street. He was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. The accused is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on November 16th at 4:30 pm.
