The Wellsville Youth Football league, a local community organization dedicated to promoting youth sports and healthy lifestyles, is excited to announce an opportunity for passionate individuals to join our team as volunteer youth football coaches.
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated coaches who are eager to make a positive impact on the lives of young athletes. Our youth football program aims to teach fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a fun and supportive environment.
Responsibilities include: plan and conduct practice sessions; teach football fundamentals and strategies; foster a positive and inclusive team culture; ensure the safety and well-being of all players’ communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaches
Qualifications: previous coaching or playing experience preferred; strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work well with children and parents; commitment to the values of sportsmanship and teamwork; and availability for practices and games
