Former law enforcement officer is currently the sitting Justice in Birdsall, CAC court
Respectfully from Dominic Barone,
Dear Towns of Granger and Allen Residents,
Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Dominic Barone, candidate for Town of Granger and Town of Allen Town Justice in the 2026 general election.
I am deeply honored to have been nominated as the Town of Granger Town Justice candidate during the Town of Granger Republican Caucus this past April.
I am equally honored to have been elected during the 2026 primary election as the republican candidate in the 2026 Town of Allen general election. I sincerely want to thank everyone in both communities who supported me to make this possible.
My wife of 50 years, Marjorie, and I are retired residents of West Almond. I consider myself being a “retirement failure”, however this “failure” has enabled me to be available to serve as a Town Justice in multiple Allegany County Towns as well as Allegany County Centralized Arraignment Court.
I am not a politician. It is my strong belief and practice that the office of Town Justice, like all judicial offices, should be totally free from political and personal influences, with the end goal of improving and supporting a consistent judicial foundation necessary to maintain public safety and the quality of life in the community.
I ask that you please take a few minutes to review my qualifications below to help you decide to vote for me as your Town Justice in the 2026 General Election on Tuesday, November 3rd
