Tristan Buddell faces four felony charges

On Sunday September 20th, 2026, at approximately 1:00 PM, Officers of the Friendship Police Department arrested Tristan M. Buddell (26 YO) of Friendship N.Y. This arrest follows a multi week investigation stemming from a complaint of sexual abuse against a child. Buddell was processed at the Friendship Police Department and transported to the Allegany County Jail for arraignment. Buddell’s charges are listed below.
PL 130.35 (1)(C) Rape First Person Less Than 11 Y0 B Felony
PL 130.65 (3) Sexual Abuse First Person Less Than 11 YO D Felony
Buddell is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
