Bolivar-Richburg’s program recognized for dynamic and engaging yearbook
From BRCS,
Jostens, a leading producer of yearbooks and student-created content, announced that Bolivar-Richburg’s yearbook has achieved the National Yearbook Program of Excellence 2026 award at the Gold Level. The National Yearbook Program of Excellence recognizes engaging yearbooks that reflect a broad representation of the student body while helping students to develop 21st century skills such as communication, collaboration, and digital literacy.
The award was presented to the Bolivar-Richburg yearbook club, led by co-advisors Mary Hirsch-Schena and Kelly Smith, during an assembly at the end of the school year.
“We could not be any prouder of our yearbook staff as they worked together to produce a yearbook that perfectly represented our 2025-2026 school year. This book held over 1500 pictures and over 90% of our student population 6th through 12th grade was featured,” said Hirsch-Schena.
