Roger Moyer awarded the Melvin Jones Fellowship, businessman Jeremy Hardaway joins the Lions

On 18 June 2026 the Wellsville Lions Club met for their end of year meeting at the Wellsville Country Club.
Lion President Mike Raptis and Lion Al Mosher presented Roger Moyer with an International Lions Award. The Melvin Jones Fellowship (MJF) is the highest and most prestigious form of recognition awarded by the Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF). Created in 1973 and named after the founder of Lions Clubs International, the award honors individuals who demonstrate exceptional humanitarian service and a profound commitment to the community.

Lion Al Mosher swore in and welcomed new Lion Jeremy Hardaway to the Lions Club.
Lion Adam Sorochin swore in the officers of the Lions Club for the coming year.
