Congrats to Probation Director Scott Grantier and to incoming Director Jessica McKnight

Today, we recognize a remarkable career and a significant transition within our county’s public safety family.

After 28 years of dedicated service, Director Scott Grantier is officially retiring from the Probation Department. Throughout his nearly three decades of work, Scott has been a pillar of professionalism and a steadfast partner to the Sheriff’s Office.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to Director Grantier for the incredible working relationship we’ve shared. His leadership fostered a spirit of collaboration that made our community safer and our jobs more effective. Scott, we wish you nothing but the absolute best in your well-deserved retirement!

As we say farewell to one leader, we are proud to congratulate Jessica on her promotion to Director of Probation.

Jessica has already proven herself to be an invaluable asset to the department, and we are thrilled to see her take the helm. We look forward to maintaining the strong bond between our offices and continuing our shared mission of service under her leadership.
