Commuters rejoice!! Friendship Hill will be open Monday December 22 at 5PM

I have received the good news and the green light to share my good news for folks traveling to or from Friendship/Scio via County Route 31.
The L.C Whitford Company confirms that work will be completed, safety inspection finalized, and “weight calculations” finished by project engineers.
Through traffic will once again be allowed on County Route 31 as of this coming Monday at 5pm(December 22nd,) pending final inspection.
