Front Porch celebration will be Saturday October 18

From the AFL,

This fall marks the 125th anniversary of the construction of the Angelica Free Library building. A “front porch” celebration of this notable milestone will take place on Saturday, October 18.

Over many years the library’s front portico has been the setting for many group photos – School kids, like those shown here, and summer reading girls & boys // Veterans groups & Memorial Day assemblies // Fire Department // Family & class reunions.

This year, on October 18, community members are invited to be a part of a 125th group photograph. Here’s the schedule:

12 Noon – Music by Don Burger & The Song Kitchen Sidekicks

12:30 p.m. – Cookies & Drinks

1:00 p.m. – Brief remarks, followed by group photo

The library will be open, including the Colonial Rooms. There will be live music, and games on the front lawn, including cornhole & giant jenga.

HOPE TO SEE YOU OCT. 18 AT THE LIBRARY!
