Scraps to Soil: A Composting Workshop
Wondering how to turn your kitchen scraps and yard waste into something truly valuable for your garden? Composting is one of the easiest and most rewarding ways to recycle organic materials, improve your soil, and reduce waste, all while helping the environment!
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn:
- How to start and manage their own compost pile or bin
- The different types of composting (backyard, vermicomposting, and more)
- Types of composters
- Maintenance tips to keep your compost healthy and productive
- How to troubleshoot common composting issues
- Tips and tricks to have success with your composting projects
