In 2021, Jim Helms was selected as Jones Memorial Hospital’s new president/CEO.  Previously, he served as Vice President of Finance/CFO at Jones.

Mr. Helms will address the changes in the delivery of health care services in recent years and how the hospital plans for success in the future.

In 2023, Jones Memorial received a 4-star overall hospital rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the federal agency that provides health coverage to more than 160 million Americans.

The ribbon cutting, which took place on January 31st, 2024, celebrated the completion of the transformation and modernization project. The $25 million project included a 5,000-square-foot OR expansion, a new static MRI suite, and a 14,000-square-foot third-floor medical village to house family medicine, orthopedics, pediatrics, and OB-GYN.

Hear about these changes, new partnerships, new physicians, and more on Tuesday, April 15th, at 12:30 p.m. The talk will take place after a light lunch at Grace United Church in Wellsville. There won’t be any cost to attend, and reservations are unnecessary. Come here about “Keeping up with the Joneses”!
