NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION DATED FEBRUARY 10, 2025 OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF AMITY, ALLEGANY COUNTY, NEW YORK (THE TOWN), SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT (0) CEMETERY HILL ROAD, AMITY, NEW YORK, WITH A CORRESPONDING SBL NUMBER OF: 171.-1-32.1 FROM THE RALPH W. KEESLER IRREVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 26, 2021. Notice is hereby given that at its February 10, 2025 meeting the Town Board of the Town of Amity adopted a resolution authorizing the Town to purchase real property at (0) Cemetery Hill Road, Amity, New York, with the corresponding SBL Number of 171.-1-32.1 from the Ralph W. Keesler Irrevocable Trust Agreement dated November 26, 2021. Such resolution is subject to permissive referendum pursuant to New York Law.
