By offering your opinion, it helps the Health Department understand your needs, which strengthens the health of our community. At times, there are barriers for people to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and hearing about these challenges through this survey allows us to develop strategies that lead to actions as we work diligently to move the dial toward healthier communities.
