Lions help community member, establish memorials

From the Wellsville Lions,

The Wellsville Lions Club is dedicated to serve the greater Wellsville Community in keeping with Our Motto: “We Serve.”  One of the ways we do this is through donations in response to requests.  If anybody is in need of our services or financial help, please contact any Lions Club member or visit us on Facebook.

The following is a list of funds made available to the community by the Wellsville Lions Club in the months of August and September.

August:

$1,000 donation to Pat Sawyer for help with medical expenses from the Health & Welfare committee.

September:

$300 donation to Hart House for memorials for Dan Greene, Tim McNulty,and Gerry Peet from the Health & Welfare committee.

$100 donation to the Elks Club for a memorial for Larry Muscato from the Health & Welfare committee.

$200 donation to the Andover Wetlands Fishing Derby from the Youth Activities committee.
