“I have 100% support from the Alma Town Board”

To residents of Alma, NY:

My name is Michelle Staedt, former Alma Town Clerk of 8-1/2 years (2013-2021).

Recently, with the resignation of Carolyn Dean on May 6th, 2024, the Town of

Alma Town Board asked me to consider taking the appointed position of Town Clerk

for the remainder of 2024.  I accepted and was appointed on May 7th, 2024.

I have been a resident here in Alma since 2011 and enjoy the peace and quite that

Alma presents. I most enjoy the smiles on residents (and non-residents), that come in

to do anything from dog licensing, hunting/fishing licensing, or just to check in and chit-

chat.  Even when they come in grumbling to pay their taxes, I try to make sure they

leave with a smile on their face.

Currently, the Town Clerk hours are Tuesday & Wednesday, 9am-1pm, Thursday

12-6pm, unless I am at a Clerks meeting or family emergency.  My deputy will be here

to fill in.

I have 100% support of the Alma Town Board and I wish for your support as a

“WRITE-IN” Candidate on November 5, 2024.
