Martinelli was also know as “V-Ry the Sports Guy”

Sad news: Wellsville sports writer and advocate for the disabled has passed away. Vincent Martinelli, aka “V-Ry the Sports Guy,” died in UR Thompson Health in Canandaigua yesterday at age 36.
Vinny was an avid sports fan, a Buffalo Bill superfan, and had encyclopedia-like knowledge of all sports. Despite his challenges, Vinny also was an outspoken champion for all disabled Americans. The Martinelli family thanks all who loved, cared for, and supported Vinny. A full obituary is expected soon. RIP V-Ry.
