From the Allegany County Board of Elections,
Who: ANY registered Voter in Allegany County-you must be willing & have the ability to travel within the county. Are you 17 & preregistered to vote-you are eligible as well.
Is a FULL Day too long?
We offer some ½ day shifts when possible. The more Inspectors we have the better the chances of our office being able to fulfill ½ day shifts.
There will be a training each year conducted by the Allegany County Board of Elections.

Office hours are Mon-Fri: 8:30am-4:00pm
First required training is September 28th. You MUST register in order to attend. This is a full day training; 9am-3pm. If you can’t work on November 5th from 5:30am-9:30pm please do not sign up if you are not available.
- All Inspectors are paid Minimum wage for 2024.
- ALL INSPECTORS will be required to process paperwork through the county Human Resource Office. Physicals are NOT required.
