Register today to help flood relief vicitms with Habitat for Humanity

From the Steuben County Habitat for Humanity,

!!! The Brush with Kindness Event scheduled in Canisteo for August 13th has pivoted to a Flood Disaster Relief event. It will be held on Thursday, August 15th !!! Anyone interested in volunteering should email to: volunteer@habitatcorning.org

“We will be concentrating on clearing debris.  If anyone has a chain saw and the protective equipment needed to operate it, please let me know and bring it with you.  SC Habitat will provide other tools and materials that might be needed.

Brush with Kindness is all about neighbors helping neighbors and this is a particular time of need. If you plan on helping as a volunteer, please email me.   As we get more details regarding the scope of work, I will email those who have expressed an interest.”
