Wellsville, NY – The friends and family of Eugene Allen are invited to a memorial service with full military honors on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Allentown Volunteer Fire Department, on Church Street. A celebration of life will follow in the fire hall. Gene passed on June 7, 2024.
