Need a DOT physical? Jones Memorial announces new services offered at Urgent Care

New services provided 7 day a week, appointments suggested

From UR Jones Memorial Hospital,

 Jones Memorial Hospital has just announced that the Urgent Care center is accepting patients for occupational medicine appointments from 9am – 11am, by appointment only. Appointments are accepted for DOT physicals, pre-employment and regular physicals, bus driver physicals, urine drug screens, breathalyzers, PPD’s, fit mask testing and other occ med applications.

Kerime Perez, NP, and Jessical Lippa, NP, Urgent Care providers at Jones Memorial Hospital were recently awarded their DOT certificates from NYS and will be accepting appointments for DOT physicals.

Brenda Mong-Szabo, VP of Specialty Services stated, “We are excited to finally be able to offer these much needed services to the community. We hope that local residents are able to utilize these services without the need to travel long distances.”

Appointments can be made 7 days a week, with the exception of urine drug screens and fit mask testing, which are offered Monday – Friday, only. Walk-ins are accepted during the hours of 9am – 11am but appointments are suggested to ensure availability of a provider.
