Wellsville Central School updates non-resident student policy

Share:

The new deadline to apply is August 1st

From Wellsville Central Schools,

Dear Wellsville Families,

We wanted to inform you about an important update regarding the nonresident policy at Wellsville. The nonresident policy allows students who reside in other districts but attend Wellsville to continue their education here, provided they maintain good standing in attendance, academics, and behavior. Under the revised policy, all yearly enrollment requests must be submitted by August 1st for the upcoming school year. This is a change from the previous deadline of October 1st. We encourage families who plan to have their children attend Wellsville for the upcoming year to submit their requests for admission as soon as possible.

You can submit your requests to Megan Burdick, Board Clerk, either via email at mburdick@wlsv.org or by mail to Megan’s attention at 126 West State Street, Wellsville, NY 14895.

Sincerely,David Foster
Superintendent
