A great free event returns!! Registration is required

From the David A. Howe Library,

April is National Poetry Month! Help the library celebrate by attending our 2nd Annual Poetry Slam. Last year we had had library staff and patrons read one of there poems to a live audience. Those in attendance got to vote on their favorites via a secret ballot.  The library gave out prizes for the first, second, and third place winners. It was such a success, we are doing it again this year!

The Annual Poetry Slam will take place April 17th at 6pm in the library’s Monday Club Room. It is free and open to everyone. Registration is required for those who would like to read one of their poems. To resister, stop by the front desk, call (585) 593-3410, or email wellsville@stls.org
