FRom Andover Central School,

Andover high school students volunteer on a weekly basis meeting with first and second grade elementary students at lunch to celebrate successes, encourage communication, discuss school projects and have some extra fun outside on the playground.

In fourth grade, a high school student meets once a week during STEM class to support attention, answer questions and spotlight how 4th graders will use these same topics in high school!

Many thanks to our high school INFLUENCER volunteers and the kids from 1st, 2nd and 4th grade who are working hard listening in class, being good friends and following directions to have this special time each week.

Our INFLUENCERS have also spent time with our elementary students during lunch by eating and chatting together.
