District Attorney: Wellsville thief convicted, headed to state prison

Defendant’s Name:  Jeremiah Edwards

Address:  Wellsville, New York       

Court Appearance Date:  January 17, 2024

Proceedings:  Jeremiah Edwards has been convicted of Grand Larceny in the 3rd degree, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred in the Village of Wellsville.  Edwards is scheduled for sentencing April 17th, where he will be sentenced to 3 ½ to 7 years in state prison, which is the maximum sentence allowable by law.
