Details of the Incident: Upon receiving a report of a male body laying unresponsive in an embankment on the side of the roadway on State Route 305 South in the Town of Cuba on December 30th, 2023 at approximately 11:45pm and upon further investigation, the above-named individuals were charged in connection with the death of Kevin J. Green (44) of Cuba. The victim was riding on a bicycle when he was allegedly struck by the suspect’s vehicle. This investigation remains ongoing.
