I am Delilah, and after being a long-term shelter resident not once, but twice, I am desperate for a Christmas miracle. A few years ago, I waited for a very long time to be adopted. When my special day arrived, I was thrilled. My pet parent loved me a lot, but my adopter developed some health problems, it was impossible for me to stay at home. It has been six months now that I’ve been back at the shelter, but no one has been interested in me.
I know that I’m a girl on the quiet side and that I’m rarely the first one to be noticed in a room full of cats, but my desire to find love again is undeniable. More than anything, I wish for a loving family of my own.
