NY State Police: Wellsville woman arrested on nine crimes since late November

A 24 year old Town of Wellsville resident charged with multiple felony counts

From the New York State Police,

On November 21, NY State Police filed five felony counts against Montanna Bullard, age 24.

Three of the charges are for credit card theft, one a grand larceny charge, and two counts of criminal possession of stolen property, all in the fourth degree.

Two class D felonies for Identity Theft in the first degree were also filed against Bullard.

On December 4, Troopers reported that Bullard has been arrested again. The Wellsville resident now also faces three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, and one count of Acting in a Manner Injurous to a Child.

The accused was issued an appearance tickets for all nine charges.

*All those accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty
